We begin by meeting with a potential client to go over your short and long term real estate goals, educate you on the market conditions and discuss your financing options. Following this meeting we will always schedule a no obligation consultation with a lender that fits your needs.
Once you’re pre-approved or have secured a plan for purchasing the property, we schedule tours! All of our tours are selected ahead of time. Private tours to ensure you can openly speak about the pros and cons of a property without the pressure of a seller or listing agent.

Now is time for our offer strategy session. During this meeting, we will walk you through the paperwork and contingencies to make sure your offer is not only protective of yourself, but appealing to the seller.
Once we’ve finalized terms and answered any questions, we will submit the offer on your behalf and negotiate with the goal of securing the property at the best possible price and terms.
If you ever need any vendor connections including contractors, inspectors, interior designers etc. we have you covered! Our team has extensive experience with the best of the best, we are always happy to share our vendor list.
Lastly, closing! When you receive keys we will ensure you have contact information for utilities and Homeowners associations if necessary. Once we reach this finish line, our working relationship is just beginning!
